200 club

The rules are simple – the club is limited to 200 members who join for a whole year. Once sufficient members have pledged their support, each member will be issued with a number and a monthly draw for a prize of £50 will be made. On the 12^th month the following prizes will be drawn:

Second prize of – £250
Third prize of - £125

The cost is only £5 per month and 100% of the income is given to the charity.

There are two methods of payment; by completion and return of the form below together  with your cheque for the full 12 month period of £60. Or by completing the Standing Order form and returning to this office.
